The Vehicle Inspection App is connected to your Fleet Management System in real-time via Wifi or mobile networks. The application can work offline allowing to perform your vehicle inspections without any internet connection.

Vehicle inspections are pre-populated by your fleet management system with the checks to be performed based upon the type of vehicle. ANPR, QR Code or RFID tags can be used to verify the correct vehicle is being inspected. The vehicle inspection process allows you to quickly record accurate information against each one of the checks, being able to capture photos, photo mark ups, signatures and videos.

Real-time data and insights from the TAAP Vehicle Inspection app enable the fleet manager to deliver proactive maintenance and reduce downtime. The fleet manager can make alternative arrangement for repairs or replacement of missing assets. Once a vehicle is road ready, it is marked as available on the app and the fleet management system is updated instantly.
